short trip to penang

last saturday i went to penang for a brief trip.
well, i was attending my fren's wedding reception.
it was really great and i had fun.
the reception was in bukit mertajam.
i came by air, so it landed in bayan lepas (i guess), then by land (rapidpenang 401 to jetty), then by sea (ferry to butterworth)...
perfect transportation i guess; air-land-sea...
how great can that be.
as i reached butterworth, a good friend of mine pick me up.
we went for evening snack (mee rebus); is that a snack?
heheh.
then we went back to the station to pick up another friend's of ours.
off to our homestay.
by night we went to batu feringhi.
well, you can get almost everything there.
good place to be at night in penang.
penang is food's heaven.
so, after batu feringhi, we went for our dinner at 1am.
where else, nasi kandar beratur...
it's not only you'll see a long queue but the name of the restaurant is really nasi kandar beratur.
the food's is really great, you should try it. heheh.
we reached home by 3am because there was a unnecessary road block in the middle of penang bridge.

so, the next morning our main mission.
a good friend of ours wedding reception.
we were there before he arrived.
we had some old chat.
i was kindly sad that not many of our course mate didn't attended his wedding.
and even a friend compared his wedding to a concert.
a might say it was so S.T.U.pid...
ignoring that, we left for KL by 2pm.
and reached KL by 8pm.

:: how pity can we be ::

this happened some time not so long ago.
i was having lunch with my colleague.
as we were finishing our meal, came 3 kids with their lunch.
i think only 2 with rice as 1 of the kid ate lekor.
they were sitting just next to our table, so we could apparently see what they were eating.
come to our surprise 1 of the kid ate a plate of rise with only gravy without any main dish.
my friend and i were somehow puzzle and pity for the kid.
then we chat with the asking where do they live and so on.
so, to our knowledge that they live just nearby.
continuously we asked on how did the come.
walking? - wrong
cycle? - wrong
parents? -wrong
come to our surprise...
they came by taxi...
we were so pity then but that's it.
we had laugh and laugh was it.
how pity can you be???

i can say that all of us seen how mute communicate with their hands.
we do sometimes stare at them with most enthusiast trying to capture on their topic of discussion.
and sometimes we captivated their way of hand communication.
well, i had the privileged to somehow teach them (i had a teacher to help me translate my words) on ways to find books through OPAC.
the easy part was talking but what quite hard was arranging my words so that the teacher would be easy to translate them into hands.
i might say it was quite challenging experience since i didn't learn sign language (my bad even i knew they were coming).
but i gained a few hand-sign from them.
and what interest me the most was how they create personal sign-language for our PMs.
i asked the teacher on how they create the sign; and interestingly they did it by studying one's face.
how great are they could create a sign language specially for our PMs.
last but not least, hopefully they would do great with their skills.
and their from Shah Alam Vocational Special Education High School.

:: felda plantation resort ::

hello again...
it's been so long since i've been on the blog...
so this was my recent activity...
a getaway to the palm plantation resort...
the place is not so far away from KL chaos city...
it was really worth-it for experience...
and by the way, the attraction of the place is the hotspring...
hot and cold...
you decide...
they have both pool...
unfortunately, we stayed just for a night...
but, it's worth the stay...
the villa perfect with 3 rooms and a jacuzzi in the middle of the villa...
and completed with kitchen with complete cooking utensils...
what else i could say...
just enjoy some of the perfect getaway...

from lcct to kkia

selamat tengahari la kan.
di mana kah :: penampang!
buat apa kah :: mau krimas suda juga ni kan!
paham-paham jak la.
di sini juga untuk 3 minggu jak.
harap-harap banyak buli buat la.

berjumpa lagi kalau ada masa, tapi kalau ikut pengalaman yang lepas memang banyak masa juga.
hehehe.

:: disember sampai suda ::

uinah.
skijap sungguh masa berlari.
sia rasa macam baru kemarin jak november.
eh,memang november pun kan.
nah, ni la bulan yang ditunggu² ramai manusia.
ko pikir?
tinggal 24 ari lagi mau krimas suda.
heheh, skijap ja lagi.
apa perancangan untuk bulan yang siuk ini akan ditentukan dari masa ke semasa.
tahun ni pun mau luput suda.
kepada sesiapa yang ada azam dari tahun baru tu tp blum tercapai, sia rasa buli suda buat surat untuk di bawah ke hadapan.
dalam kurungan (seperti tahun lepas) tutup kurungan.
heheh.
ba, selamat la kamu memenuhi impian tahun ni dan bergembira secara berhemah.
