the lobby was full of flies...

though we have issue with the travel agency yet they didn't even have the urge to help us...

so, we end up getting our rooms at 6pm instead 2pm...

the room was not really fully furnished (we didn't have the 2 balcony chair)...

the only thing that was may be interesting was the theme park...

or may i say water park...

the air-conditioner was not working, luckily they installed a ceiling fan otherwise it will be a sweaty sleep...

of all the jobs around the the world, i think this will be one of the dangerous job to be in...

the building might not be a skyscraper but if you fall and land on any part of your body, you'll be a pancake...
lucky there's a lil' balcony to rest and wet the path...

life on a string it is... safety is very important...

just imagine if they were cleaning KLCC...

i think because of the height of the building that their not using the gondola but as i stated even at this height if you fall, just say your prayer...

november come so fast. i went back to gunsing for a week for my aunts wedding (yup, that's her picture). it was good to be home but not so great as my friends are working. but still i manage to hang out with them at night. so nothing much to be done during the day. it was raining most of my days there. saw these kids having so much fun having the downpour.

as i said they were having so much fun in the heavy downpour. it makes remember those days when i was in their fun... long² time ago...

today 07112011, i missed my home..!

it's been awhile since i went to church...
so, today i got to go after so long...
and today's mass was very special when a Father from Nigeria came all the way to celebrate his 12th year of priesthood...
as this a celebration for the Father, the African Catholic Fellowship organized the mass.
the choir is the best voicing i'd ever heard 'live'...
perfect as can be...
most of the hymn sung with touched of africans music (and they did played the african instrument)...
the greatest when offertory took place...
they had the longest offertory session i've ever saw (i guess around 50 peoples line-up to offer their gift to the Father) and during that, they sang an africans hymn all along with their movement...
even mosgn. james took the time to watch them sing and dance...
when the offertory was done, everbody applaud in amazement...
it was really an experience these things in church...

may 1st when this happened.

the place was in the golden triangle and more specific in front of bukit bintang maybank.

picketting for the better of workers right is the agenda.
this was my first encounter in and about picket.

all about the tyranny of maybank.

for our infomation,maybank is the largest bank and financial group in malaysia. click here for more.

during the event, flyers distributed around for passer-by why they did it.

some really caught my attention as i am an active maybank user which are:

maybank exposes customer's info to pos malaysia on the pretext of shared services.

maybank impose 9% interest for the rich who borrowed rm50,001 - rm100,000 and those in the lower income (me) imposed with 11% interest for loans between rm5,000 - rm20,000.

maybank CEO, a contract worker in service for 2 years; earns excessive income. annual income (rm4,697,000) ; monthly will be (rm391,416.67) ; daily (rm12,868.49)

maybank discriminates against pregnant women

1 & 2, i think they never mention in any of their terms and conditions in applying to bank with them unless they write it in those little tiny font and this violate p & c.

3, interestingenough to know, even a permanent basis employee won't even come near to the monthly income. a contract employee???

4, is very interesting as this clearly violate human rights.

i may not be knowing about the truth of this issue but they don't come out out of thin air. something must be done to clarify about this things.

all the best of luck to them and as for me i would not like my banking info's being pass to other party with or without my consent. if they need it, they should ask me and i will consider it.

Many hypermarkets have proclaime every Saturday will be green day & some even extend it until Monday which mean no plastic bag will be provided when you shop; so bring your own. This campaign goes a long way in helping the earth to be less with plastic bag pollution but it's better to having a day than none. Saturday it was, me buying a few things in Mydin MJ, the wierd and most ridiculous GD campaign i've ever seen. Well,if you enter the shop with a bag, the security guard will gladly put the bag in a 'Mydin plastic bag' and cable tighted it for F.O.C + you can bring it home!!! But when you had purchased things there and needed a plastic bag you'll be charged $0.20 each!!! Tell me where is the GREEN?

currently in um for web 2.0 for libraries. i might say that i'm learning little particular yet will change a lot of things. just finished doing and learning about what wordpress could do without doing. it's fun and very interesting. and here i would say that little voice in my head planning to really changing lane.

the 2nd day of workshop, we learned about facebook. you may say that it's a facebook and you know everything yet we don't know all of the things. we only had about 3-4 hours of knowing how to use the facebook efficiently. and it gave us a handful of ideas to be add-on in everything that we do with. be it for personal or may be your organization. be it profit-making or even for the public awareness. it all can be done by fully utilizing what is offered by this social media. the only thing is that we need to explore more of it and use it wisely.

18 sept 2010 (saturday), the day we went to ipoh. who are we? adrian, zul, alias & i. it was my planning just with adrian but then his friends wanted to come along. well, as the saying goes, the more the merrier. actually it all started when i read about the new ride from kl to ipoh. yes, the new train 'ets' by ktmb. it took only mere 2 hours ride from klsentral. we took the first ride at 6.20 am. the not so good about the service was when we arrived in klsentral to buy the ticket. we thought we were late since we arrived around 6am. but then as typical as possible the ticket booth hasn't opened yet. late!!! they put a signed at the front will be opened by 6am but only by 6.15am it opened the door. and the first ets will be at 6.15am. the train is upgraded to a faster train but unfortunately the staff still not fast enough to catch the faster train. something to be done here. fortunately, we were told by the policeman who work for the ets that we could buy the ticket inside the train. so, we just went down and waited for the train. the train was on time. this is good. bought the ticket. rm30.00 oneway. promo price for 6 months. the ride was fast. it stop in some station for few seconds. we reached in ipoh around 8.20am. enjoy some of what i saw.

short trip to penang

last saturday i went to penang for a brief trip.
well, i was attending my fren's wedding reception.
it was really great and i had fun.
the reception was in bukit mertajam.
i came by air, so it landed in bayan lepas (i guess), then by land (rapidpenang 401 to jetty), then by sea (ferry to butterworth)...
perfect transportation i guess; air-land-sea...
how great can that be.
as i reached butterworth, a good friend of mine pick me up.
we went for evening snack (mee rebus); is that a snack?
heheh.
then we went back to the station to pick up another friend's of ours.
off to our homestay.
by night we went to batu feringhi.
well, you can get almost everything there.
good place to be at night in penang.
penang is food's heaven.
so, after batu feringhi, we went for our dinner at 1am.
where else, nasi kandar beratur...
it's not only you'll see a long queue but the name of the restaurant is really nasi kandar beratur.
the food's is really great, you should try it. heheh.
we reached home by 3am because there was a unnecessary road block in the middle of penang bridge.

so, the next morning our main mission.
a good friend of ours wedding reception.
we were there before he arrived.
we had some old chat.
i was kindly sad that not many of our course mate didn't attended his wedding.
and even a friend compared his wedding to a concert.
a might say it was so S.T.U.pid...
ignoring that, we left for KL by 2pm.
and reached KL by 8pm.

this happened some time not so long ago.
i was having lunch with my colleague.
as we were finishing our meal, came 3 kids with their lunch.
i think only 2 with rice as 1 of the kid ate lekor.
they were sitting just next to our table, so we could apparently see what they were eating.
come to our surprise 1 of the kid ate a plate of rise with only gravy without any main dish.
my friend and i were somehow puzzle and pity for the kid.
then we chat with the asking where do they live and so on.
so, to our knowledge that they live just nearby.
continuously we asked on how did the come.
walking? - wrong
cycle? - wrong
parents? -wrong
come to our surprise...
they came by taxi...
we were so pity then but that's it.
we had laugh and laugh was it.
how pity can you be???

i can say that all of us seen how mute communicate with their hands.
we do sometimes stare at them with most enthusiast trying to capture on their topic of discussion.
and sometimes we captivated their way of hand communication.
well, i had the privileged to somehow teach them (i had a teacher to help me translate my words) on ways to find books through OPAC.
the easy part was talking but what quite hard was arranging my words so that the teacher would be easy to translate them into hands.
i might say it was quite challenging experience since i didn't learn sign language (my bad even i knew they were coming).
but i gained a few hand-sign from them.
and what interest me the most was how they create personal sign-language for our PMs.
i asked the teacher on how they create the sign; and interestingly they did it by studying one's face.
how great are they could create a sign language specially for our PMs.
last but not least, hopefully they would do great with their skills.
and their from Shah Alam Vocational Special Education High School.

it's been so long since i've been on the blog...
so this was my recent activity...
a getaway to the palm plantation resort...
the place is not so far away from KL chaos city...
it was really worth-it for experience...
and by the way, the attraction of the place is the hotspring...
hot and cold...
you decide...
they have both pool...
unfortunately, we stayed just for a night...
but, it's worth the stay...
the villa perfect with 3 rooms and a jacuzzi in the middle of the villa...
and completed with kitchen with complete cooking utensils...
what else i could say...
just enjoy some of the perfect getaway...

well, late last month i went for my blood test to know my type...
i wanted to know it long time ago...
and now i know...
it's O positive...
according to my little research, this type can only get blood from the O family...
a little concern of this but i know who are in the O family...
heheh...
on the other hand, O family is the greatly generous family...
specially O negative...
they can gives blood to all in the blood clan...
while O positive can gives to all in the positive family...
i.e A positive, B positive, AB positive, O positive...
so generous of us...

it was yesterday somewhere in bangi...
ordered nasi lemak and i get two yolks in one egg...
i've wondered if the egg wasn't processed, will it be chicken with two heads...

btw, i finished the meal (clean & clear)...

destination :: Kolej Za'aba UKM
i went there to send my lil' sis for her studies...
it was fun, starting the day by 7.30 am going to kl sentral...
train to kajang station...
my cousin with his "cellmate" pick us up there and way to UKM...
on the way there we stopby to one of nearby stall...
the place i got the double yolk...
we reached Kolej Za'aba at 10++ am for the registration...
completed all by exactly 12 pm...
left my sis there for a great new "adventure" for her to explore...
it was for me like the egg with two yolks indeed...
but for me...
one destination with two reason...
first, for sure sending my sis...
the second is meeting my cousin whom last i met last christmas (same with my sis)...
all is done in 5 hours or so...
well done!! bravo!!

it didn't stopped there eventually...
since i was not working yesterday...
most of the job-relating particular, i get through sms...
i might say it may sound crazy, funny, irrelevant shocking news...
i have to go for outstation this coming weekend starting tomorrow til tues...
it's not about going outstation but...
it's all about i'm on duty this sat-sun...
plus i have uep next tues...
i have to leave those job...
i don't know whether it's good or bad...
didn't they know i have those job to be done...

the whole ground level has been internet disabled...

it started since monday and today is wednesday...

4 more days to be week without internet...

and worst come to worst might be until next week...

the IT department said they're still neutralising the virus...

i'm not a star trek fan but a movie-goer...
the movie is about pissed-off driller from the romulan star empire - nero...
they're the only remaining romulans after their homeland destroyed by supernova blast...
they are looking for spock for revenge because he had promised to protect romulans empire but failed to do so...
and this had drive nero to destroy all empire under the federation...
mix of everything a movie should have...
humuor, suspence, action, sad moment, etc...

heheh...
i've watched the movie yesterday...
it's x-men movie so expect nothing but action-packed...
the story is mainly about wolverine...
when his first claw came-out of his hand and first killing (his own father)...
he was confused actually...
how he got the name wolverine...
how he fought in all-time war...
well, he is canadian but fought mostly for america (i guess so)...
he was born in 1880s and everyone knows that he's mortal right...
most of the question is answered in this movie...
the adamatium (i guess this is the name) "installed" into his body (not only the claw but as well as the the whole bone-structure)...
watch it coz this is where he met other mutant...
gambit, blob, agent zero, deadpool and a lot more of the younger mutant...
even profesor charles xavier is in the movie...
in last chapter where he rescued all the younger generation of x-men by communicating with scott @ cyclope...
it was wolverine who rescued them but profesor-x fly them out of the island...
don't forget to watch it...

crazy frustrating game

ermmm...

i start my day by waking up at 3am...

it's fooball morn...

liverpool vs arsenal ended with 4-4...

liverpool should have won it but there was too many silly defences mistake...

damn!!!

and in the final 5minutes rafa made some unpredictable and out of content sub by putting in nabil el zhar for dirk kuyt...

this time i really saw it wasn't necessary cause kuyt was in the game...

nevermind that, eventhough benayoun managed to grab the great equalizer on the 93th minute, rafa should had done something with the defences especially reina since chelsea (CL game)...

they changed from zonal into man to man marking and managed to stop goals from set-piece but it wasn't enough to stop the goals...

it looks like that the ball really like arshavin since he managed to get 4 goals out of 4 gifted chances...

however, credit should go to torres and benayoun in torning apart arsenal defences and get 2 goals each...

i went back at 5am frustrated and went back to bed...

now, i'm at work...

just watched this movie yesterday...
didn't planned to watch it but things happened...
it's a siamese movie...
a good movie i might say...
worth the money i paid for entertainment...
the story is about of course the queen of langkasuka...
her kingdom is one of the most established kingdom economically...
so, envy is the main character here from prince rawan...
the prince trying to take over her kingdom so war is happening...
the figthing choreographies are great too...
combination of a period fantasy actioner filled with sea creatures, pirates, magic, and martial arts combat...
watch out for pari the master of du lum...
watch it malaysian cause prince of pahang is part of the movie...
his majesty ties the knot with princess ungu (queen's lil' sis)...

after that i watched...

ermmm...
watch it yourself and comment...

what happened on monday (today) never leave monday...

well, most of us, it's the beginning of the week...

monday office suppose to be filled with staffs but this monday it was really crazy...

only 3 staffs came to work...

3 staffs out of 22 staffs...

how crazy is that...

3 went for their course, 1 is on maternity leave for two months, 1 is on study-leave for 2 years...

they doesn't count...

so, where's the other 15 staffs...

did i count that right...

well,all of them were on duty sat-sun so they took off today...

all three of us who came today also on duty sat-sun and if we took our off as well...

the office will be full of emptiness...

not only malaysia got a new CEO, me myself got a brand new boss...
young, energetic, enthusiast and many more (i really mean many² more)...
well, it's a good thing for me and my colleague (yet to be known)...
coming to a month in charge, a few things had changed from good to better...
one of the new thing is the establishment of "wednesday english class"...
interesting enough for all of us here...
the 1st class held just recently where an article was chosen as a reading material...
it was fun and had some great laugh out of it...
and we even got homework to be done (heheh)...
hopefully it will help to improve my english in any way possible...
working as a frontliner in a service oriented company really need this kind of exercise...

one day last 2 years, i came across to this camera...
it's Canon G9 in a mag (camera digital malaysia)...
it really caught my interest...
it was then but now it has come out with latest version of it "G10"...
slightly different and still catchy as the G9...
the specs are great thou i don't understand most of it (hahaha)...
really wanting it to be mine but the RRP is RM2,068...

ermm...
some of you (sepa yang baca la kan) might be wondering what's with this term "frogies"...
well, when i was in my schooling years (sia rasa macam tingkatan 3 or 4 la) i have this band called frogies...
hehe...
it was really fun, auditioned to a few competition and we were the finalist...
hehhe...
few songs throughout all battle, if i'm not mistaken...

the above are among the frogies played...
we were not bad since we're the finalist yet we never won...

on one of the battle, the mc asked us "do you sound like frogs?"...
damned we just say "almost" and had a great laugh before we went out to rock...
